Mesut Ozil has been left out of Arsenal’s squadto play West Ham, while former Gunner Samir Nasri starts for the hosts.
Marko Arnautovic, who iskeen to leave the club, also starts.
Ozil is apparently fit and has trained this week.
News of Ozil’s omission will cast further doubt on his future at Arsenal. Manager Unai Emery has previously cited tactical reasons and injury for leaving him out and it is understood to be a tactical decision again for the trip across London.
Laurent Koscielny and Shkodran Mustafi have returned from injury in a gameArsenal are unbeaten in 11 matches.
Honestly the whole Özil-Emery thing would go down easier if Emery just came out and said – he doesn’t suit my style of play.

Özil needs to be at least on the bench if fit. It’s so clear Emery doesn’t want him at the club

#AFC| If Özil has done a full week of training and isn’t included today then I’m sorry…that’s very odd.

I honestly just miss watching Özil play, he makes the game so much more entertaining.
